Most of the time, your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving it. Please review our Return Policy below before placing your order. Your order can be canceled only if your cancellation occurs prior to shipping. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, via USPS. We ship all orders within the USA with delivery confirmation number. We are now GREEN! To protect the environment and save trees, we have decreased paper usage. There won't be additional paperwork in the package you will receive, just your actual order.

Returns
Wholesale merchandise is not returnable.
We are confident in our products and we offer 15 days "No Questions Asked" money back guarantee for retail customers. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, follow the steps below to obtain refund:
1. Contact us by filling out the form below to obtain Authorization Number. No return or exchange will be accepted unless you provide your Authorization Number with your package. We will send your our return authorization number and the return shipping address.
2. Orders must be returned unopened, in their original packaging.
3. Send your return the address we provide you with along with your return authorization number.
4. Your return should be dated no later than 15 days from receipt of arrival. NO exceptions.
5. Make sure you use tracking service, as Mirror A-Peel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
6. Your return will be processed within 5 business days from receiving it. It may take as long as one billing cycle until refund appears on your billing statement.
7. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable.
8. You are responsible for any postal fees associated with the return.
9. If your order received free shipping, we will deduct the cost of the initial shipping from your refund.
